Suozzi strongly supports Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s Green New Deal,2 which would impose job-killing regulations and huge tax increases, with an estimated cost of $600,000 per household.
Drifting Further into Liberal Absurdity
Suozzi raised property taxes by 23% and imposed a 2.5% tax on home energy use while running up record-setting deficits and voting himself a 60% pay raise.3 Under his failed leadership, Nassau County became the highest taxed county in the nation.4
Disappearing When it Matters
Suozzi has gone silent while his pal Bill de Blasio let a billion dollars get cut from the NYPD, criminals get released back onto our streets, and violent crime spikes.5 Meanwhile, Suozzi co-sponsored legislation that our local police departments say will make their jobs harder.6
